Question Time with Harry Baker

Harry BakerQ. Which other EAFOL 2016 participant are you most excited about? There’s a couple but top of the list is Jacqueline Wilson. I won a poetry competition when I was 13 and the prize was having my chocolate-based poem read out by her, so as well as her being a childhood hero I would love a chance to try and convince her our lives are destined to be connected. Q. Which book(s) are you reading now? I just finished The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and ended up pretty much weeping on a train much to the discomfort of the suited gentleman next to me. Q. Which literary character would you invite to dinner? And why? Fantastic Mr Fox. I’d count on him to provide some of the food as well… Q. There have been some interesting additions to the dictionary over the years. Which word would you remove? Not remove as such but I’d remove the new edit/ addition of using the word ‘Literally’ to mean ‘Not Literally’ as that is literally the most annoying thing in the world. Q. Who would write/ illustrate the story of your life? I’d get my brother to illustrate it. If I wasn’t around to write it then as my life seems to be a sequence of increasingly serendipitous events Jonas Jonasson would do a pretty good job.
