Who are you most looking forward to seeing at the 2017 Festival? I love Jon Ronson, am a big admirer of Alan Titschmarsh and have a girl crush on Bettany Hughes. I'll be bringing my husband and daughter with me, so I'm sure we will be spending lots of time at the children's festival! Which book has inspired you the most? The books that always remind me that life is a bit of a laugh are the Molesworth series by Geoffrey Willans, with pictures by Ronald Searle. They are such a delight. What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning? Stretch, and then go for a run! What is your life’s motto? Letting it all go is almost always better than keeping it all in. Our theme for the 2017 Festival is Journeys. Can you tell us which journeys in your life have been most memorable?  Becoming a mother.
